Postpartum

Getting your body back to pre-baby condition is a process, and massage is a pivotal player in the game.  During the ~40 weeks of growing your baby your body's core structure and foundation get incredibly modified.  Now that your baby is out in this world it is time for you to get your body and health back.

Massage helps you sleep by relaxing the central nervous system.  Postpartum massage also relieves pain from breastfeeding and carrying your newborn, helps balance hormones, healing diastasis recti, assists with the drainage of fluids that accumulate and promote lactation.
